क्रीडा पुरस्कारांसाठी नामांकन | Nominations for Sports Awards

ध्यानचंद जीवनगौरव पुरस्कार, मौलाना अबुल कलाम आजाद ट्रॉफी (विद्यापीठांकरीता) द्रोणाचार्य पुरस्कार, राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रोत्साहन पुरस्कार, अर्जुन पुरस्कार 2022 च्या पुरस्कारासाठी नाम निर्देशनाचा प्रस्ताव  २० सप्टेंबर २०२२ रोजी रात्री ११.५९ वाजेपर्यंत केंद्र सरकारकडे सादर करण्याचे आवाहन, मुंबई शहर जिल्हा क्रीडा अधिकारी यांनी केले आहे.

तसेच या वर्षापासून पात्र खेळाडूंनी पुरस्काराकरिताच्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वानुसार (Award Guidelines) अर्जदारांनी स्वतः फक्त ऑनलाईन पोर्टलद्वारे आपले विहीत नमुन्यातील अर्ज कोणत्याही विभागाची / अथवा व्यक्तीची शिफारस न घेता थेट केंद्र सरकारच्या dbtyas-sports.gov.in या पोर्टलवर संकेतस्थळावर सादर करावे.

तसेच ऑनलाईन अर्जाबाबत समस्या आल्यास 011-23387432 या संपर्क क्रमांकावर कार्यालयीन दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत सकाळी 9.00 ते सायं 5.30 पर्यंत संपर्क करावा. केंद्रशासनाच्या विविध पुरस्कारांची सविस्तर माहिती व नियमावली व विहित नमुना https://yas.nic.in/sports या संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध आहे, अशी माहिती मुंबई शहरचे जिल्हा क्रीडा अधिकारी यांनी दिली आहे.

• 1. Date of Birth Proof
• 2. User Photograph (Image should be in JPEG/PNG/JPG & size not exceed 5 MB)

• 5. Degree or diploma in coaching of the discipline he/she has been recommended for Dronacharya Award, if applicable.
• 5. Certificates of International Achievement details of the sportsperson(s) been coached
• 6. Signed Undertaking (as per given format) by the coach.

List of Documents Required to be uploaded for MAKA Trophy | MAKA ट्रॉफीसाठी अपलोड करण्यासाठी आवश्यक असलेल्या कागदपत्रांची यादी

• 1. Signed Undertaking to be given by the Vice Chancellor of the contesting University (As per given format)
• 2. Complete self-computed proposal with all relevant documents in a single PDF, duly indexed & page numbered (max up to 50MB)
